The Day I Googled “Priestess Path” in the Woods

Pathway in the woods surrounded by trees.

I still remember the exact moment. I was out walking in the woods, reflecting on life, when it hit me - my life felt so different from those around me. Everyone else seemed content following a rhythm I just couldn’t make myself fit into.

And then I heard it. A phrase whispered so clearly in my mind it stopped me in my tracks:

Priestess Path.

I had never heard those words strung together before. Priestess Path? What did that even mean?

So I did what any modern woman does when her soul drops a breadcrumb. I sat down on a log, pulled out my phone, and Googled it - right there in the woods.

That search led me to one of my most powerful teachers. And with her guidance, I began to reclaim and remember a path I had walked for lifetimes.

It wasn’t about learning something new - it was about remembering who I already was.

I was initiated into a circle of women, each of us walking our own path, facing our own shadows. We came together not to pretend life was perfect, but to be raw, real, and honest about our wounds.

The Truth About the Priestess Path

Here’s the thing: the Path of Priestess isn’t all magic, moonlight, and pretty rituals. Yes, there’s beauty. Yes, there’s connection. But there’s also shadow.

To walk this path is to dance with the depths of your soul. It’s about shining light on the parts of yourself you thought needed hiding - only to discover those places are where your power has been waiting all along.

It’s about validation. It’s about release. It’s about setting yourself free from the old shackles so you can finally stand in your sovereignty.

And here’s the kicker: the work is never done. But with every layer you peel back, the freedom expands.

Every woman I’ve met on this path has carried her own trauma - from this life, from other lives, from ancestral lines.

Not every woman is meant to walk the Priestess Path. But if you’re here reading this, I suspect your soul might be nudging you.

Maybe you’re here to:

  • Know yourself more deeply.

  • Heal the lifetimes of trauma you’ve been carrying.

  • Mentor and guide other women.

  • Or simply to bring freedom and wholeness into your own life and lineage.

There’s no wrong way. The Path looks different for each of us.

One thing I know for sure: this is not a path to walk alone. The shadow work, the rituals, the soul reclamation - it’s sacred, but it’s also tender.

The best way forward is with a mentor who has walked before you. Someone who can stand beside you, hold space for you, and show you the Ways - not by telling you who to be, but by reminding you who you already are.

For me, that first whisper in the woods changed everything. It brought me home to my soul.

If you’ve been hearing whispers of your own - if you’re craving depth, shadow work, and the freedom that comes with shining light on your truth - perhaps this is your breadcrumb.
