Dancing Between Worlds; My Path to Creating a Witch School

For years, I didn’t keep my magical life a secret… but I also didn’t share it boldly. I tried to dilute it. To make it palatable. To tuck it in behind the ordinary rhythms of day-to-day life.

I lived two realities: the magical one that fed me — with rituals, energy, and spirit — and the muggle one that demanded errands, bills, and schedules. And in that split, imposter syndrome whispered: Who am I to share these mysteries?

But Spirit never let me forget.

I’ve had dreams that jolted me awake with messages. Once, I woke with the words Averill Salem Witch Trials echoing in my mind. When I looked it up, I discovered that one of my ancestors had been hanged as a witch… while the maternal side of that family were among the accusers.

That discovery stopped me in my tracks. It explained so much - my lifelong fear of anything tight around my neck, my sense of polarization, the way I’ve always felt like I was walking between two worlds. It wasn’t just metaphor. It was lineage. It was DNA.

And it gave me something else too: validation.

This isn’t a “hobby” or a passing curiosity. It is blood, bone, memory, and path. I have decades of training, initiations, and lived experience walking with these mysteries.

Which is why I am ready to stop diluting and start offering what Spirit has been asking of me for years.
